Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your name, organization, role, work email, organizational context, primary need, AI adoption stage, preferred engagement, and message. Our hosting infrastructure may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and request logs for security and reliable operation.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond, assess whether we can help, maintain business correspondence, protect the site, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry data for unrelated automated decision-making.

First-party analytics

If you select “Accept analytics,” we set two first-party cookies for up to 180 days: np_analytics_consent records your choice and np_analytics contains a random visitor identifier. We record an anonymous pageview with a one-way hash of that identifier, page path, referring website’s hostname, viewport width, browser language, and timestamp. We do not store your IP address or full user-agent string in the analytics record, and we do not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

If you decline, no analytics cookie is set; the choice is remembered locally in your browser. We also honor Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Track” signals by not offering analytics. You can withdraw consent by clearing the Next Puzzle site cookies in your browser.

Storage and sharing

Information may be processed by the service providers needed to host the website, deliver email, and maintain secure business systems. Analytics records are stored in a non-public server directory. We limit access to people and providers with a legitimate need and retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, security, recordkeeping, or legal requirements.

Local storage

The site stores your light/dark theme preference in your browser. If analytics is declined, it also stores that choice locally so the consent prompt does not repeatedly appear.
