These commitments guide how Next Puzzle advises, builds, tests, teaches, and communicates about trusted AI and cyber resilience.

Serve the intended business purpose

We connect recommendations to defined objectives, accountable owners, intended use, risk appetite, and measurable outcomes. We aim to build client capability rather than avoidable dependency.

Design for trust

We consider security, resilience, privacy, transparency, accessibility, appropriate human oversight, protected access, traceability, and rollback as connected design requirements.

Communicate evidence and limits

We distinguish evidence from assumptions, describe limitations and residual risk, and avoid fear-based marketing, compliance theater, absolute security guarantees, or unsupported certification claims.

Test only with authorization

Security testing requires explicit written authorization, defined scope, rules of engagement, controlled handling of findings, and responsible coordination of remediation.

Protect client information

We minimize collection and retention, use secure collaboration practices, and establish appropriate boundaries before sensitive information enters workshops, prototypes, demonstrations, or training environments.

Preserve independent judgment

We disclose material conflicts, referral fees, sponsorships, reseller relationships, and vendor incentives. Strategic recommendations use documented requirements and preserve client accountability for risk decisions.

Use autonomy carefully

AI should augment people rather than obscure accountability. Consequential actions require controls proportionate to impact, including identity, least privilege, approvals, monitoring, segregation, revocation, and recovery.
